Your deposit starts it. A CAD file you mark up, then a 360 render you spin and approve. Most rings take two or three rounds.
Your diamond
While we design, we look through hundreds of stones and send you two, each with a 360 video and its IGI certificate. You pick.

How do I build a custom ring?
Start with the free estimate: pick a shape, setting and metal and you get a price for your exact ring in about a minute. Then book a free 20 minute video consult with our team. Your 50% deposit starts the design: you mark up a CAD file, approve a 360 render and pick your diamond from two options. Nothing is made until you approve the design and the diamond. How long does it take?
Made to order rings take about 8 weeks. A custom ring takes 10 to 12 weeks from deposit to your door. Have a date in mind? See when to order.
What does a custom ring cost?
Half of our Canadian ring orders were quoted between $5,100 and $7,000 CAD, centre stone included, and the same spec gets the same price for everyone. The free estimate prices your exact ring in about a minute, and here's what each budget bought.
I'm in the US, do I have to worry about tariffs and shipping?
Shipping is free: fully insured FedEx with an adult signature, and US rings ship through our New York office. Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars, and customs duties and tariffs aren't included in the price. Ask us on the call and we'll go over your price and any US costs before you pay anything. What warranty do I get?
A one year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, including lost accent diamonds. It doesn't cover the centre stone, and work on the ring by another jeweller ends it. Warranty details.
Can I see you before you make it?
Yes, on video. Book a free 20 minute consult and you'll talk to the team who makes your ring, see rings we've built like yours and get a price on the call. We don't do studio visits, so it all happens on video, email and phone. On a custom ring you also approve a 3D render before anything is made.
What is your refund policy?
Every ring is made for you, so all sales are final and we don't take returns or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. That's why the estimate and the consult are free: ask us anything before you pay. Return and refund policy.
Where are your studios?
Toronto and New York. We work virtual-first, so there are no walk-ins or studio visits: every ring starts on a free 20 minute video call, and you can message either studio directly. Message a studio.
